March 1, 2006 - Yall Still With Me? Disaster, My game was Robbed!!!!

Yall still with me? Well....Its been a while since I have been posting, maybe cause I haven't been working since the new year...

Oh well, I got some shit lined up and hopefully I can start back to work this month...

But my world in Poker...

First off, I have to say that my game was robbed on January 28, 2005.
This was some fucked up shit. I had one of the best games in Maryland and someone had to come and fuck it up for all of us. Now a days, its hard to find a game during the week now because everyone is being cautios about all the robberies goin on in MD/VA at these poker games. Its some fucked up shit, but luckily everyone came out un-harmed. They did get a lil over $5,000 with cell phones, keys, wallets and all that shit...they came in through the balcony door...3 masked men with 2 shot guns and one hand gun that was pointed to the back of my head and the bama asked where the money was at, I tried to only give him the re-buys for the night because the boat load of the money was in my room, but the bitch ass nigga demanded all the money...the fucked up thing about it, was the bama came directly to me, so basically they have either been scoping the game or even played with us before....

Anyway, I have been playing alot of online poker and still attending the home games that are still running, I won't let these bums fuck my game up...

So lets get caught up on my poker...

I did get 2nd in the Party Poker $100 buy in for $1800!



That weekend, Me and June headed up for AC dispite the fact that we knew the blizzard was bout to hit the whole east coast LOL What better place to be stuck at than the AC!

Anyway, we head down to the Borgata cause its late...I do ok...then go on a bad run, now im stuck a lil under $500 bucks...we are about to go home, but its Saturday night and we are dead tired....we end up falling asleep in his car and wakin up around 7AM sunday morning cause Redpit calls and asks where we stayin at...I said we still in da garage LOL

So we head out to go home, wow, blizzard fucked AC up, can't drive nowhere....but we end up driving to the Trop to wait it out and play some poker and possibly get a room there...

I'm doing ok sitting a lil over $400 now...Some dude from Philly is stuck over $1300 he kept tellin me, he is frustrated and it seems everytime he buys in for $100, it goes all in...he finally gives up and leaves the table...

Dude comes back with a lil over $300, but the max buy in is $300, so he sits back down to my left with that $300, he is hittin some pots to put him a lil over $450...im still sitting under $500 bucks now...and we get tangled in this hand...

I'm SB and 5 people limp in for $2 so the pot is now $10...

by this time, its a crowd around the table watching the action...its almost $1,000 in the pot now....and I'm thinkin i fucked up cause I ran into someone's straight

Whew...I got real lucky! So now off to the Trop tourney of 55 players cause they are short on dealers...

I end up makin 15th place to 2 horrible beats when I got all my money in the middle preflop with the best hand cause I know they were short stacked tryin to make moves....

January 13, 2006 - Whats Da Scoop?

Damn, Been a week since I got on here to update this...

Anyway, Pretty much been the same ole same ole, had my game, went to this game...up and down...but Did make it to AC on Sunday...

Makin our way to AC after my sunday game, we left around 4Am...was waitin on Big John, and we said fuck it, lets roll...Me, Kenny and Redpit bout to make it up to AC...Redpit stops at his place and then head up to AC, stop at the rest stop to sleep LOL bama said he could make it all they up LOL so we get gas and for some reason he lets his window down and it won't go back up now LOL shit is stuck, so we have to turn around and go home....we finally get home after some dude got killed on 96 just outside Laurel and we seen dude's leg in the middle of the highway cause it was blocked North Bound...so it boost redpit and this bama starts hittin 75-80 mph and passes the cop on the side and just be like fuck dat shit LOL crazy motha fucka, anyway, we get back home and Kenny calls Big John and he says Rock's bout to be at his house, they goin to AC now..boom...we on da way back...

Get to the Trop and head to the poker room...

I sit at the $2/$4 Omaha H/L w/Half Kill game

Sit for about 4 hours to break even look at the time, time to go hit the Showboat to play the tournament over there....

Get to the showboat and register for the tourney...while Im waitin, I'm watchin the 1/2 game and it looks weak, seat opens up, seen more bad plays and I say fuck that, lemme sit down...1 hour till tourney, I tripple up! I shouldn't have bought out, but I wanted to play the tourney so bad...anyway, it was a bad move on me, but I end up makin 28th out of 115 players...

So I make it back to the trop, im hungry...eat at Hooters and then sit back down at the $1/$2 Table...wow, what a run, snappin bamas off, I ended up havin a stack of $615 at one point, then got in a couple of hands I end up folding and end up cashin out $375...blown....but still profit...I sat with $150...

Well its friday today, so I'm havin my game tonight, and prolly go back to AC on Saturday for the day...we'll see.....

January 3, 2006 - Back To Reality - Happy New Years!

Whoa, went a whole week without postin here...Hmmm...Lets see...I left yall last Monday's game....New Years Week....

Actually went to Big Chris house cause he tried to get a game together....5 people, it was just Me, Kenny, Ryan and Big Chris...I busted Kenny...so we decided to just play us 3...money went back and forth, but I knew I would get all the money eventually...ended up busting Ryan while takin the majority of the money back, and you now I have a PSP Snagged it from Buddah with the money I won well I actually only payed $100 bucks from my money cause I won the rest to purchase it...Hmmm...did I need it? Nope, just wanted it cause its new...now I still need to get me my iPod Video joint....

On to Wednesday's $1/$2 NL Game...
Got there a lil late, full table, im on the wait list...when a seat finally opens up, more than 1 stand up, so we play 8 handed which I like better anyway, bought in for $150, ran it up to a lil over $400...got short handed, decided to play dealers choice $2/$4 Limit Dealers Choice with a Half Kill....Fun? Yup you betta believe it! Profit? Hell no...fucked off most of my chips and cash out for $100....Down $50 for the night, but hey, $50 bucks for food and a night of poker? I'll take any day....Still upset I donked off my chips though....Broke now though with a meatball in my pocket till Friday...shit, and I need more than $100 to throw a game...

At work now bout to get off, tryin to look busy today, but shit, I made over a Grand, why da fuck am I at work?????

December 27, 2005 - No Work Monday...Game On!

Good lawd! No work monday, I wanna play poker! Hmmmm...Lets start the game at 2 PM....Hmmm...Game filled up, 1 on the wait list...

2 PM is here, game on, free roll starts up....no wait, more folx wanna play...good lawd...more? Try 10 on the wait list!!!!!!

Anyway, game I thought would turn out to be a small friendly game...yeah right...This is my place....try again! Game didn't break till 6AM this morning..where am I? Sittin at work TIRED AS SHIT!!!! yippie!!! I got a 45 minute NAP before I had to go to work! what a joke, im bout to come up with somethin to get my ass home cause IM DEAD TIRED!

anyway, game was fuckin insane...for a $1/$2 NL game...There can't be almost 10K on the table

Lets see....Bill cashed out $1900, JesseY cashed out $1300, Joe broke even with $830 (30 profit) Rock cashing out close to $800, and the smaller cash outs of 300 here, 400 there, maybe even a 500 here and there, I made $1300 just runnin the game LOL did I play? hell to da no....game was crazy, too many big stacks specially Bill and for me to sit in the game with $300...SUICIDE!!!!

Well, Travis and Nelly's game is this Wednesday, so I'll be at that game hopefully gonna beat the shit outta that game 2 weeks in a row..but we shall see....we shall see......

December 25, 2005 - Merry Christmas!

No Poker tonight! Chillin wit Fam tonight...But let me catch yall up on the weekend.

Thursday Night, hit Cutty's game up...not the greatest game as everyone brags about...I'm convinced I have one of the top games in MD...Might not be as big stakes as other games, but for a 1/2 NL game...my game is viscious...anyway...Played a $115 NL Tournament....didn't do to good...so now im down $115...so Kenny is still playin in da tourney, so I decide to sit in the cash game with $150 bucks...its a dealers choice game and it seems like the game of choice that was popular was Omaha H/L 8 and a 7-card stud variation called "pitch" Stakes were $1/$2 Pot Limit capped at $50...Pitch is basically 7 card stud mixed with pineapple...you get dealt 4 cards, pitch one, and turn one over as in a regular 7 card stud game and the rest is played like stud...Cashed out $380...so for the night, I have a profit of $115 bucks...

Friday's game was crazy...wow...anyway, I finally get into the game and I drop $120...oh well...

I'm off from work tomorrow so I'll have a game at 2:00 PM...game is full so should make for a real good game! Hopefully I can make some more money!

December 22, 2005 - Stackem Up

Well alright!

Played at Noelle and Travis' game last night in College Park. It wasn't so crazy this week, but still alot of money on that table...It actually was a real good game if you ask me...Had Loosey Pete there who can tend to play over aggressive....Had the new AC guy there, and the regulars...

Started out with $180...Still owed them $150 from last Saturday, Told Nelly, I'll get ya at the end of the night cause I might need to go to the ATM but I'm going to win tonight so I'll get ya when I cash out...

Wasn't playing like a Donkey, played very well....had some good lay downs and reads....

Only 2 major hands that stick out to me cause they were both all in hands and cause of these 2 hands, put me over the top!

First hand was agains Loosey Pete...He came late, was rackin up chips....and luckily for me, he was chipped up when I got involved in this hand...I've got about $350 in front of me...Did well takin down medium and small pots, Semi bluffed a couple of drawing hands that I ended up takin down...my pre-flop betting is improving and i'm gettin that image as a tight player again...so its all workin out...anyway...I've got about $350 in front of me...I'm in late position...Preflop Bets:

Thats $121/hour! Can't beat that!!!!

Might play Cutty's $115 tournament out Crofton, we'll see...but right now I might just chill and wait till Friday's game to play!

Only played 2 games this weekend...

Had a good bit of players this weekend, game went till 12:00 PM Saturday, played 6 handed pretty much most of the morning. June left earlier than normal to protect his stack...cashed out with $1100...Nevin came late, ran his stack to $1100, Rock made him stay longer, Eddie and Val ended up comin down and Diggs walked in pretty early and gave some action....Nevin cashingout with about $1400, Rock shipped all his chips away, I pretty much broke even and got my buy in back...

I missed a big hand where I should of called I guess, but it was a good fold maybe, tell me what you think.....

Due to some folx being in Atlantic City this weekend, and some folx not showing up after locking a seat up, prevented my game from filling up this weekend...very pissed about it...looked like a long wait list, but didn't even fill up but folx kept comin through out the evening...made enough to pay June off, was stuck, but luckily I got back to almost even...so I didn't get hurt too much...

Wow...I kinda walked in there cocky, but didn't show it, Ryan suprised me when he got a little tricky with it...and I guess cause they think I was bluffing alot of hands, I stuck my whole stack in there with the best hand to get sucked out on...I dropped some money so I don't know what happened, I did bluff some hands and stole some pots, but when I got called with my whole stack in the middle, I was clearly ahead and got sucked out on...bad weekend...broke as a joke too...

December 7, 2005 - Party Poker

Yeah, party poker gave me $15 bucks for free the other day, so been playin 3-table SnG's ($5+$1) and I've ran my stack to $50 bucks! if I can run it to $100, gonna go sit in a $2/$4 game and see if I can do well in there!

Prolly go to Travis and Noelle's game tonight but aint been doing nothin too much the week...just playin online cause I've been enjoying playing with free money!

December 5, 2005 - Trump Classic Tournament

WOW, what an experience...it was only event # 5 or 6...nothin real big cause the WSOP Circuit is going on at the Showboat...

So we leave Saturday night and it starts snowing...got to the AC Expressway and can't even see the street snowing so hard LOL we finally make it to AC and decide lets go to one of the new poker rooms...so we hit Caesars Poker Room...Its small, its on the main casino floor and its on an elevated type arena...Dealers don't seem that experienced...but they did ok...The players all suck though...I played $3/$6 Limit and did OK for the time I was there...I ended up leaving June and Ian at Caesars cause I wanted to go play the Trump Classic at the Taj...so I dipped and headed down to the Taj..

I get there, pay my buy in and got a free buffet ticket for breakfast...sweete cause I was extra hungry at this time!

Got myself in the mood, said I was gonna play solid poker during this tournament...so here is the recap...

I was happy with my plat at first, but after I moved tables and didn't catch cards...I dont know what happened, I think I couldn't gotten in the money if I didn't make those 2 crucial mistakes...nut oh well, still paying tuition in late tourney play...hopefully I'll get another chance to go to AC and play in another big tourney...but as for the Taj...the daily tourney should be fixed to allow room to play poker and not a crap shoot...

Skipped Travis and Noelle's game this week...was very tired from the beginning of the week and decided to get some rest cause I know my friday games be goin...

Got in a hand with Nick, seemed like he was pretty upset, but not really...I don't think it was a good play but hey...I was under the gun and raised to $12, Bessman in EP1 re-raised it $25 more on top...folds to Nick and he pushes all in...folds back to me, I call...Bessman calls...3 way action, I got about $140 in front of me, Bessman has a little bit more than me and Nick has about $400 in front of him LOL

YES! Got a good $2/$4 Limit Omaha H/L 8 game together last night! full table, good food, great time! playing limit can hurt you as bad and have as big as swings as NL poker, man o man...

Anyway, was a roller coaster cause im a donkey that doesn't know how to fold hands LOL chase too easy, but I swear next time I'll play correctly and right, I even called hands I knew I was beat I'm a fish...

Anyway, still was a rack of loot being thrown around last night...game went till 4:00 AM this mornin and Im so extra tired! LOL Stuck $96 bucks from last night, now I must update my tracker...wasn't a bad month this month except took some big swings...damn I suck at poker...

I say I aint going to Travis and Noelle's game tonight, but I bet I do LOL Hopefully I can fall asleep as soon as I get home so I don't have to go! LOL

I did it again...played like a donkey LOL, bullying, bought in for $100 and cashed out $290...not as big as the last game, but this game was alot bigger and Kenny and Rock showed up so they had some of the money as well, couldn't have all the dead money myself....Pretty much everyone that plays in my $1/$2 game do well up here, and those that don't, well....DEAD MONEY

I hope they still don't mind me playin up there with them...I think I might be a lil too aggressive, but then again, when I let up a lil bit and played a lil more friendly, I lose hands Just cause its .50/1 doesn't mean it don't play like 1/2 specially when Rock and Kenny up there...Maybe next Monday, everyone learns to buy in more than just 20 and rebuying for 20 with 1 big stack, now that rock and kenny come up there, its 3 big stacks starting out off tops...well...not really, but Its just too ez of a game to beat!

The Club House - Final Game till Spring

I cashed out the clubhouse last Wednesday $210 up...Which was sweeet, played the whole evening, but decided to leave around 4 when I started gettin tired plus had to be up for Thanksgiving...so I wasn't tryin to play all night, was down, took a couple of suck outs to get my money back and more! Usuall Wednesday Night, cept for the fact its the last club house event for the winter, club house will resume in Spring, Can't wait, gonna hold a big Tourney for the re-opening of the club house!

My Friday Night Game

Wait list that lasted till 5AM and we started earlier than normal!!! Got to break in my new table too! It was insane Friday night, way too many people, Didn't even get into the game till late, and pretty much broke even..No more 2 table games so wait list was kinda off the hook this past Friday..Great turn out, and had a good time! Anne hit the high hand bonus with a 7-high staright flush!

I just wanted to post about some bad news I heard about a home game in VA...

Motha fuckaz robbed dat shit...dats some cruddy shit, I only met that dude once that held it, but I always get invited to his games and tournaments...but 2 bamas came up in there at gunpoint and robbed the shit outta that game, walked out with 5 grand, took bamas cell phones and car keys...dats some bullshit...

Just gave me a wake up call about my games and the security measures I will have to take from now on...

Cuttin the game to those I know and nomore new blood unless someone from my own game can vouch for this new person...

Just a shame that 2 bamas can ruin a good game cause he is not throwin nomore games at all...heard he had a real good game also...

November 22, 2005 - Whew, Home Games and AC

FRIDAY NIGHT AT E'S PLACE

Game on as usual...lots of players and a rack of fish came by, youngins at that I didn't expect there...Thats the last time I let youngins in there, but they came with Bessman and I thought they was legit players wanting to play some poker, so I opened up the 2nd table for them to buy in only $40???? WTF...never again, but the Rake got they asses LOL, They did steal a deck of cards from me, but ya know what? Youngin left his wallet LOL Karma like a motha fucka..but played till about 11:00 AM cause I had to go pick up a new table!

SATURDAY AFTERNOON

No poker action, just ended up meeting up with some new folx, bought a sweet ass table with a dealers spot, money drop box, chip tray for the dealer, so Kenny should be cised this weekend to deal, if he is in AC, I will be dealing my game! I just can't wait to play on the new table!!!!!

SUNDAY AFTERNOON

Wow it was good to get some decent sleep! So I wake up to go to Nick's game, he also got a table with me, so I really got to play on it cause I know I wouldn't be able to play on it on Friday, so it was a good thing, but yeah, we played till 9:00PM, game got short but we didn't feel like Not playing so we ended up riding to Atlantic City that night LOL We got there at 2:30 AM

MONDAY

The Borgata..wow, I love it there, me and the waitress at the Borg just kept flirting with each other...man this chick is SEXY...Diana..spanish chick...man all Ima say is I tipped her about a good 50-75 for her shift LOL I gave her my number so hopefully she give me a call...ended up leaving the Borgata $400 stuck and headed to the Taj to play a tournament

Busted out the early tourney in the 5th level at like 49th place...
Then played a SnG busted in 5th
Then played the afternoon and after running over my table, after the break, I get hit up and the dealer made a mistake to give my flush possibility away and I end up busting out 88 vs QQ

So im down this weekend but I plan to make it back on Friday since im off work, im starting the game earlier and yeah, ima make me some money!!!!!

November 16, 2005 - Catch Up

Haven't posted in a while...so lets get caught up

Friday, I got sick at work and went to the emergency room. I didn't stay LOL I said I was alright so I can get home in time to run my game..and whoa i was HURTIN LOL Pretty much was hurtin the whole weekend!

Game cut out short anyway so I finally got to see what its like to sleep Friday and wake up Saturday to do shit! Ended up takin my daughter to her cousins birthday party at the Blair Mansion! That was fun

Saturday Night ended up going over Pops house to finally see the new place! Great new table! Makes me want to get a new table now...I think I will LOL
Ended up placing 7th in the $110 Buy in tournament...so sat at the cash game, then a dealers choice game ended up starting so I sat at that table and played...ended up breaking even...

Sunday night, played over Big Chris house, started late, didn't even think we would play, but I bought in for 60, ended up cleaning the table except for about 17 bucks that Robo had and the tips Chris cleared...but since the Vikes won and the Skins lost, I took 20 of his tips LOL Anyway, cashed out the game for $390!

I'm keeping track of all my games now on cardplayer.com and I'll post them periodically so you can see how im doing, but as for now, im up $937 bucks for the month of November!

November 10, 2005 - Game on Last Night

OK...Travis and Noelle are still in AC and last night was supposed to be there game at the club house...no show, didn't hear from them, so I ran the game

Nice Turn out with alot of action...more action than I have seen in a while...couldn't even fit all the money in my pocket

I felt bad for kinda breakin up the game at the beginning...well I gave Tammy time cause she was taking ridiculously long on a hand to make a decision and she caught feelings...The past 3 weeks numerous players have told me that I need to make Tammy make her decisions quicker...I mean this one hand was almost 10 minutes for her to decide..she slowed up the game massively...some players waited, stood up, smoked a cigarette, came back and still had to wait...so I said somethin and she caught feelings and cashed out...so Her and Big John cashed out a total of $1400 together...(pretty much 700 each.) I felt bad, but everyone said I was right to do so...so I will have to make it clear that abusing the time next cash game will result in a penalty. I might even pull her to the side and explain to her not to take it personally, but it ruins the game and slows the game up massively...what do you think????

Anyway, Table filled up pretty quickly...I ended up dealing the majority of the night cause Kenny wanted to play for a change and of course, fucked his money off...

Its sunday,game finished up yesterday afternoon, and I slept the rest of the day/night away...

Ran 2 tables tonight, even spread an $3/$6 Omaha H/L8 game. Then late in the morning till more folx came (folx was callin early to see if we still playin lol) we played a dealers choice game.

Went back to NLHE when the table filled up again. Game ended around 4:30 PM Saturday afternoon...got some good rest too afterwards!

League Night - 7 Card Stud

Not bad of a showing last night...

20 or more players last night for the League game...can't really remember, but top 3 was paid out...and you guessed it....BUBBLED the tourney...but its my fault which leads to my next decision of online poker...anyway, 4th place in the 7 Card Stud Tournament...wasn't bad...didn't expect to make it that far though...

So while I'm playing that, I jumped on Bugsy's Club to play a tournament...decided to play a $5 Razz tournament...yeah im cheap, but I am not a regular razz player, I was doing real well till the final table again...BUBBLED LOL da fuck man??? 4th place with 3 places gettin paid out LOL I did real well...

Here is the problem which is why I'm going to slow down playin online Poker...

I Either play a tournament soon as I get home, if not, the 9:00 PM or later tournies are just too late...i get too tired, get too restless then end up makin stupid mistakes...I'm good while im awake and aware and concentrating, but soon as I start falling asleep, I try to push to either bust out or just win...plus I chase too much...soo on that note...late night poker online is DONE...either early when I get home, or weekends I'm stuck in the house...stickin to live play during the week..usually what it is anyway...

Long story short...ran my stack to $525 makin some loooooooooose ass calls last night I was in the game for $200 so I made a $325 profit...not bad...left at 4AM....Tired as shit this mornin and I gotta go to court today LOL

Last night, wasn't even gonna play cause soon as I got home from work I was DEAD TIRED...anyway, woke up, ate some carry out and I was awake so I jump on JetSet and play a tourney...WAH WAH WAH...no good...long story short...I played the $1000 guarantee for $5.50 top 5 payed, busted in 8th...Tried to make a move with KJs and dude had AQo and ended up flopping 2 pair and turns a boat LOL CRUSED LOL

so I jumped on a .50/1 Omaha High game..sat with $30 and ran it to $111 cashed out and went to bed LOL...I can't pull the hand history, but I'm dealt AsQdAc4d so I limp in. The Weekend

Whooo, what a weekend...I swear the weekends are just too short for me..

Anyway, Friday game was nice...We had Jack Daniel's Sauced Ribs and also some chicken and steak fajitas from TGI Fridays...off da hook, everyone was pretty pleased with the food...Didn't fair too well though, dropped a couple hundred in the game...and played till about 8:30 AM...game was short compared, but thats kinda what I wanted...so I pretty much gave the rake back and just made enough money to break even for all the food, freeroll and high hand bonus.

Oh yeah, this was the first game to play on the new table...lemme tell you bout this BULLSHIT ass table...

First off...it wasn't the table I was expecting, so already it aint on my good side...then on top of that, the shipping gave it a funny smell that was real strong when I first got it, but its fading away...

Secondly...The shipping BANGED MY TABLE UP...I had to repair it already...tightening up the bolts...2 pieces of support was cracked so I had to duct table it back LOL, then one of the cup holders cracked...then the far end of the table...**BASH** someone fucked that side up that I had to put electrical tape to match the rail but nobody noticed it I don't think...other than that, I like the felt and that its soft under the felt not like the folding table from Sports Authority...anyway, don't get no tables from EBAY...this time, im not half assing it and just grabbing me a quality poker table...im so mad at this retard ass table!!!!

Went to sleep for a couple of hours...woke up to go to Pops STT Head Hunter Tourney...5th place...Bluffed at the wrong time...im out 5th place to Columbia Nick...oh well..good game...

Saturday Night...oooh there's a story for this evening, but lemme stick to the poker for now...catch the funny ass story I have at the bottom...anyway, went to Launtz home game which he usually has once a month, this time he made the blinds $.50/$1...borrowed $100 from Dealin Kenny, ran dat to $700 bucks!!! Not bad...so im feelin good now..Glad I play at Pops cause I might of lost my shit and the side story definately wouldn't have kicked off LOL

Sunday Night, went to Big Chris house to play..I gave him my old poker table...Hard to play with the crew, they just don't like playing with outsiders...why I have no clue, but to improve there game, I would think they want too...but I guess they don't wanna put so much on the line down at my house on Fridays...so Its always cool to play with them...They always play $.50/$1...sat with $100, ran it up to almost $200, got wreckless and pissed off the first $100....rebuy for $100, playing tighter, winning small pots, get mixed up in a hand and turn a flush, I push, but the 8d not only gave me a flush, but filled up Lil Ryan and he takes my stack...I go home cause everyone is planning on cashing out...LOL FUCK...so Im pretty much even for the weekend.....

SIDE STORY - FREAK A DEAK

Yeah, so we leaving Pops house and Kenny sees this chick waiting for the bus, he says she been standing there waitin on that bus for a good lil while...so he stops to holla at her...no type of rap game, da bitch easily rides and says its her bday on Sunday...BET..."do you smoke/drink" she says yup, so we pick up a bag and get her twisted LOL...she keeps stressing to get her to Annopolis by 9PM so we do what we need to do...fuck, kenny hits me up with, you drivin da bitch home...fuck it, bet so I'm tryin to hurry up so we can get to Launt'z game b4 they call it quits cause it started at 6 PM its already 8:30...meantime, the bitch keeps sayin she gotta piss...fine...we pullin into the Bowie exit, lets hit the gas station...none, so we stop at the restaurants by the movie theater...I tell her to go take a piss inside...she says "you aint gonna leave me is you"? "NO...I'll be right here".

I turn around and tell kenny, I'm bout to leave this bitch dawg. he says He don't give a fuck, fuck dis bitch. LOL we toss her shit out on the curb and roll da fuck out...BLOWN...kinda fucked up but fuck her. LOL

Start of the new league season...looks like its mixed up tourneys with NLHE, PLHE, PLO, PLO8, LIMIT, and STUD..can't wait to play, so need to reload on AP

On yeah...played a couple ring games...NLHE and PLO8...took a $50 hit on 1 hand on NLHE LOL got sucked out...but doing OK on PLO8...so I'll see what I can do this evening.

Thursday Night's Tourney @ The Club House

Wasn't too big of a turn out tonight...supposed to be 15 players, 2 didn't show up, so it was a total of 13 players, we played a headhunter tourney, the $10 went under everyone's stack so when they bust, they give up that $10 bucks to the player that busted them out...

I'm first out! LOLOL HUH man!!! Tammy takes me out with T8o floppin a Queen high straight to my AQd...ouch oh well...I dealt the rest of the tourney, the ladies cashed while the fellas sat at the cash game table...

Sat with $150 at the cash game...played tight, cause tight is right LOL sike na, but caught some nice hands, ran my stack up to $650 and pissed $115 of it with my AA vs. QQ when Eddie hit his Q on the river to give him a set. "CASH OUT" fuck that, goin home with some money....$385 profit Plus its already 3:30AM and went around 3 times after I said I was cashin out when im UTG...so I prolly deserve that hit cause I didn't leave when I said I was...

I'm tired as shit this morning...2 hours sleep, not lookin forward to a long night tonight for my Friday game, but hmmmm definately worth it!

Tonights Jet Set Poker Tournies

Reloaded last night with $50 bucks to play that end of the month special tourney...JSP is running $1 rebuy tournies and final 9 make it to the end of the month as all the buy ins, rebuys and add ons are added up through out the month for a bigger tourney at the end of the month...and every time you make a final table, you get to sit with more chips in the main tourney...sounds like fun...spent $5 bucks to make 13th place....duh...i'll try again...

Tonight, didn't do so bad..played an ATW sat. and qualified.



Played a $20+$2 NLHE $1000 Guarantee Tourney...Was way ahead of 3rd, even holding first for a while till the deck froze on me and it went all downhill from there...Not a bad showing though...Wanted that $250 though...



Skipped Big Syds tourney, so more than likely I'll be at Nellys and Travis' game tomorrow at the clubhouse.

This Weekend

OK, First off...I realize why I don't post as much on an everyday basis...I only post when im bored at work or i have a good winning...That pretty much defeats the purpose of this and more for me to help see a trend...anyway, knowing that, I will post everyday I play either online or live...

Well I'm doing ok in the MD League, skipped a game or 2, didn't make the final table on a couple so im sittin on 9th place...I make it to the championship final table (Single Table Tourney) so hopefully I can make some P.O.Y points!

Can't say too much though, been the same, Play poker at Travis' place on Wednesdays, Try to make it to Big Syds game on Tuesdays, and then My game on Fridays...Gonna start doing tournaments every other Thursday and an Omaha Game every Sunday, So we'll see how this works out.

Yeah! Got 2nd place...with a great heads up match with Riverman...and between his disconnections and me stealin blinds LOL he made a massive come back to win the tourney!

him crackin my pocket Kings with a runner, runner, runner nut flush draw crippled me and turned the tables around even worse...I tag my set of Kings on the river, but it was a club to give River a flush LOL DAGGER!!!!!

Anyway, great game, I missed the first league game last week, I might even of missed week 2...but im in good standings after last night sittin top 9 for the league!

Anyway, off to Big Syd's tourney tonight...$100+$10 buy in, hopefully I can take it down and have some bread for Atlantic City this weekend!

Weekend Update

Oh well...had my game Friday, money I made was pretty much spent...game went till 9:00 AM with 2 tables till about 3AM then 1 full table till about 5 then shrunk down to 8 handed till 7 then 5 handed till 8 then 4 handed till 9...game breaks...everyone is extra tired...

Sunday night made some money at Big Chris house in a .50/$1 game...cashed out $305..fucked off about a meatball towards the end...got sucked out I flopped 2 pair and dude rivered 2 pair AQ to my JTo couldn't bet him out with his TPTK...on well, thats poker!!!!

Weekend in Atlantic City

Alright, made some decent money at my game on Friday...So Kenny and I hit up Atlantic City for the weekend...MD-Poker folx up there, Travis and Nelly up there as well...we'll catch a room with them and ride back home with them...

Anyway...Taj has SnG's now for $50+$15 or $100+$20...played 6 SnG's and cashed 3 of the 6 so I'm 50% on the SnG's! for a total of $900 bucks!

First SnG I cashed, I chopped...I was actually in last place and snuck into the final 3 which I kept asking for a chip 50/30/20...got more chips takin from me...so I just ask for my buy in back....3 of them refused..well actually 1 of them, the older dude didn't have a voice at the time so thats all good...Get dude to make a move when I flop trip J's LOL...he is pissed, cracked his KK with TJo. Dude limped in, im in da blinds...I JJ7 on da flop...I check, he puts me all in, I call...dude is pissed...so the older gentleman says do you still want to chop? we are pretty much even stacked so I say, lets chop $200 each and play heads up for the $100...I take him out with A9o to his A8o as I spike the 9 on the river!

2nd SnG we running long...the final 3 players including me, are tight good players...I played with one of the dudes in the daily MTT Tourneys at the Taj...uh oh...6:15 is here, they have been seating for the $120 tourney...I say, man this is the table im supposed to be sittin at...all 3 of us are registered for the tourney, they want us to move...lets just chop and play the big tourney now...so we chop $200/$200/$100 with me being 2nd chip leader while I was chip leader the majority of the game...

SWEET $500

$100+$20 Tourney - 145 players paying out top 18 players...

I bust out in 28th place...very short stacked with blinds way crucial...I swear I need to work on my late tourney play...im ok till the blinds go way past me and my chip stack doesn't keep up with the blinds...

Waitin for T to finish up the tourney cause he is in the money now...I tell Kenny..look at the fish waiting for the SnG to fill up...im registering...i get that table..final SnG for the evening! WOW I dominate the table...dude offers a chop when we heads up..says...just let me get $100..I say ok, I'm way ahead of you so ok...its NLHE so anything can happen, and I want to make sure I get paid so I chop...I know I could've whooped him heads up, just wanted to guarantee my $400

SWEET $900 total for SnGs for a total profit of $510...lost the tourney ($120) so I'm only up for the trip $390...not bad ...made money on Friday at the same time too...so not a bad weekend!

Weekend Recap

OOH...what a weekend...

Friday Night game was ok, wasn't the busy crowd this weekend cause all the regulars went to Atlantic City this weekend...I didn't join them this weekend...

Saturday, didn't do too much, but chill at home and relax, played some poker online, took down a couple STTs...not too much

Sunday, played the 2K guarantee on AP andplaced 4th place...then went to Nick's out Columbia to play $1/$2 NL at his house...dropped $57 bucks...was stuck $230 but made a decent come back before we left...




oh well...not really a productive weekend...lets hope the cards get better this week at Travis and Noelle's game...

Game On Last Night

Whew...Went ova to the club house cause thats where Travis and Noelle are having there game temporarily. Bought in for $150 and got raped after a while...played real tight, for some reason went on tilt and threw all the monies in the middle on a flush draw and a gutshot straight...oh well...im done, gone home yall see yall on Friday! LOL

anyway, got home in time to play the $20 tourney on Absolute Poker...Lil over 100 folx playing, paying out 18 places..final 2 tables...1st prize was over $500 bucks...Hmmm doing really well....sitting on T$8000+ chips...blinds are crucial...eating my stack up....2:00AM still up doing well....CRASH....im all in with top pair, mid kicker...dude sucks out a straight...done...20th place...2 away from at least cashing....now im at work tired for NOTHING LOL

Got a home tourney to play in tonight in Greenbelt....usually an ez tourney, hopefully take this one down...Got my game on for Friday, scheduled an Omaha H/L8 Game for Sunday but if I can't get enough to play Sunday, off to Atlantic City for me to play the Taj's daily tourney at 10:15AM. Buy in is $100+$20 so hopefully I can do better than 11th place on Sunday!!!!!

Took down Syds 3 weeks ago...2 weeks ago, got 2nd place...didn't go last night, it was a rebuy tourney...definately been doing good, can't wait for next Tuesday to see how I hold up...

Pops STT Headhunter, cashed for 3rd with 1 bounty...

Had a STT on Monday, the 11th, took 1st place.

As far as online...ehhh...not too well in tourneys, can't seem to have the patience for some reason...so haven't really been playing lately...Can't decide where to put my money in online, think im going to try out Ultimate Bet...

As far as the cash games been going, im up...had a bad weekend this week, but looking to make it up on Friday...tonight can't decide if I want to play Travis and Noelle's game but gonna stop by and see how its going...might try my luck though...took a punishing this weekend...dropped 2 balls at Nicks on Sunday...

might just chill and play online but we'll see...

Been a while

Sorry folx, like its a bunch of you who read this blog anyway, but I just haven't had alot to talk about..just the same ole same ole playin poker..nothing big.

Skipped work couple weeks ago to go to AC, played for only 5 hours...sat with $150, cashed out with $636...not bad for a day off at work and playing for 5 hours...

Had my $1/$2 Cash game this weekend.

Started at 8:00 PM with a satellite to my $165 Buy in Tournament in Bowie on the 23rd, Big Chris won a seat for $30 bucks! Congrats to him! Chris has been dominating lately on the felt!!!! I'm bout to take him down, he just don't know it yet!

my other table we ran a $1/$2 NL game..during the course of the night, had to break up the table into 2 tables cause it was 12 bamas tryin to play after the satellite tourney...

Saturday was a bust, 2 folx showed up and nobody else did, I did cancel the game, but the word didn't get to them yet, they were pissed Im assuming cause I would be too, but I offered to waive the house fee next tourney to compensate the no game w/no notice about it!

Great weekend of poker though!

Friday Nights 1/2 NL Game

Friday we had a 1/2 NL Holdem game at my spot, folx came late as usual. Had decent game though. Didn't make any money, spent a rack of cheese on food, but it all worked out well, played till 4:30 AM. Still had a great time and it was fun. New kid came past, Mark, new to MD-Poker as well, made out some money, good kid too! Should be seeing him more frequently at the up-coming games...

March 11: Start of the birthday weekend, Leave around the way about 7:30 and get to AC around 11:00, do my thang then head out to Trop. No wait at the Trop! Sharpe is seated with me as well. I didn't do too well, got tangled up in some pots with Sharpe. Just catchin a rack of dead cards..oh well, dropped a load there, go back to the hotel, get some breakfast cause we leave the Trop at 6:30 in the mornin. Get about 2 hour sleep and wake up to register for the Taj tourney.

March 12: Registered for the Taj Tourney, was packed in there this day, 3 different tourneys running at the same time. our daily tourney was about 175 players...didn't do so bad, but could've done better, blinds were killin me, and didn't have any cards to play. I bust out in 55th place, so I grab duffy and sharpe hit the buffet and head to the Borgata, get to the borgata, long ass wait, its about 6:00 already, I said we would stop in there before we leave cause they need to see the 'gata...we end up leaving the Borgata around 3:30 in the mornin, got tangled up in the wack ass highway and ended up missing the turn to get to the hotel, so we said fuck it, lets mussle it back home...im knocked out like shit the whole way home, get home around 6:30 AM sunday mornin, Sharpe drops me off cause he is stuck about a G and says, throw a game together tonight.

Dats all I needed to hear lol, game time tonight at 7.

Had a good time for my bday, expensive, but a good time, can't wait till April to go back up to the Taj and take a shot at the tourney again!

Big Syd's Tuesday Night Tourney 3/8/05

Whoa...30 folx this time around. College Park crew came about 8-10 players, increasing there chances in finishing in the money and putting there crew up with a higher percentage in win rates...

Of course 3 of them make the money 1st, 3rd and 4th.

I made it to the top 20 at least LOL

Played very tight, no run of cards, tried to bluff at a pot with pocket 2s and got stuck in my tracks without following up on the bluff which did cost me the pot, cause I believe had I banged it or atleast made a reasonably large bet, The Captain would've folded his 2nd best pair specially after I tried to bluff the Ace.

Stole 1 or 2 pots with all in after we condensed to 2 tables. Then had a legitimate hand to push with...everyone folds, 1 caller...

Dominated, need a Q to hit the board, Nothing...AA takes it down, im eliminated.

Cash games was nice, 2 tables...went with the table I played with the folx more often. Did ok, was up almost $100 and took a big swing with my 2 pair KT and JuneBug had AK lol da fuck did I step into.

Been a While

OK its been a while since I have been on here..been real busy with runnin tourneys/cash games at my spot and work. Been alot goin on with me lately I'm so damn tired. Between work, family, and online poker during the week i gets no sleep!

Well I can say I have been doing shitty in tourneys lately. Since I took 2nd in Syds tourney, I haven't been doing well, bustin out early even at my tourneys. Cash games I been killing.

Just yesterday, played in a crazy ass cash game, totally "home" game rules with alot of loose cannons that throw money away like its trash! Will and myself did pretty good at that game, but the past 2 weekends since the tourneys, I have been averaging $700 bucks for the weekend.

My birthday is coming up so we headin down AC to play in a couple of tourneys on Saturday, the 12th at the Taj and sit in some cash games at the trop and make some bread b4 we head back home.

Gonna play in Syds Tuesday tourney, Greg's Thursday Tourney, then AC Friday night and play in some ring games then Tourney Sat morning! Big plans this week so hope I can make a lil more money to add on to the bank roll!
